1 envelope onion soup mix
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon water
1 slice bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
3 1/2 lb boneless pork loin roast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except pork; set aside.

In 13 x 9 dish, arrange pork. With knife, score top of pork. Spoon soup mixture evenly over pork. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until meat thermometer reaches 160F.
