½ pkg refrigerated pie crust
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
¾ cup 2% milk
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 large egg whites
1 cup fat free whipped topping, thawed (opitional)
½ tsp cocoa (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Fit dough into 9 inch pie plate and crimp edge, do not prick. Combine brown sugar, ½ cup cocoa and flour in a large bowl. Combine milk, corn syrup, butter, extract and all eggs; stir with whisk until well blended. Add milk mixture to sugar mixture and stir completely. Pour mixture into crust. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes until just set. Cool on rack and then chill in refrigerator. Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle cocoa over if desired. 10 servings.
