1 (10-oz) bag frozen blackberries, thawed
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine blackberries and cornstarch. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer until blackberries break down, 2-5 minutes. Transfer blackberries to a large bowl, add angel food cake cubes and toss to coat cake with the sauce. Serve warm or chilled.
