3?4 lb bulk sausage
1/4 c. choppped onion
1/2 c, chopped green peppers
4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. green onion tops
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tube crescent rolls
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage, onion and green peppers in a skillet until meat is no longer pink; drain . Add the cream cheese, onion, and parsley and cook over low heat. Stir until cheese is melted. Set aside. Unroll cresent dough on a greased baking sheet. Press perforations together. Roll into a 12"x 10" rectangle. Spoon sausage mixture to within 3" of long sides and 1" of ends. On each long side, cut 3/4" wide strips, 3" in toward center. Starting at one end, fold strips alternately, forming a briad. Brush dough with egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Delicious!
