2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Shortening
3/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
3 Egg Whites



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

Cream shortening, milk, vanilla and almond extract beat two minutes. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, combine with shortening mixture.

Beat 3 egg whites stiff and fold into batter. Put dough into face and bake this side down first. Bake 25 minutes for each side at 350 degrees
*Don't forget to put toothpicks in the ears and neck for support
