1 small head of cauliflower- broken small into 2 1/2 cups.
1c. chopped carrots
2c. chopped cucumbers
1c. stacks celery chopped
1 bunch green onions chopped include tops
1 can (i5 oz. chicken peas) drained well
8 oz. Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 drops liquid hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place vegetables and peas in large mixing bowl and toss.
Mix together salad dressing, salt , garlic powder, liquid hot pepper sauce and blend together. Pour dressing over vegetable mixture; gently stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Stir occasionally.
