1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken halves
coarse salt
fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water
2 heads of lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
1- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In large skillet,
heat oil over high heat. Add chicken, stirring constantly.

2- Add onion and bell pepper until tender.

3- Reduce the heat to medium, add garlic and red pepper to
pan, stirring until fragrant.

4-Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and cronstarch mixture;remove
from heat. Toss to coat. Serve in lettuce wraps.
