1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1 4 oz can chopped mushrooms
1 unbaked pie shell
4 eggs unbeaten
2 cups half and half
Directions:
Directions:
Layer cheese, onion, bacon, mushrooms in pie plate. Beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Bake 400º for 5 minutes then 350º for 45 minutes.
