1 10oz pkg frozen spinach
1 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
1 green onion chopped
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 10oz tube refrigerator pizza crust
1 egg white
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain well. Combine with cheeses, onion, and spices. Roll dough into 15x10" rectangle and cut into 6 (5") squares. Spoon 1/3 cup mixture on each. Brush edges with water and fold over and crimp edges with fork. Prick tops with fork. Beat egg with water and brush over dough and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 425º for 10 minutes until brown. Let stand five minutes. While standing heat spaghetti sauce for dipping.
