1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup canola oil
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Topping
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups confectionary sugar
3-4 tsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Grease 13x9" pan. Beat brown sugar, oil and add eggs. Combine flour with other dry ingredients. Stir into egg mixture. Fold in carrots, oats, raisins, nuts. Mix well and bake 55-60 minutes. Cool.

Cream cream cheese, sugar and milk. Spoon over cooled cake.
