1 1/3 cups sugar
2 T flour
8 T butter, melted
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecan pieces
1 10 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º.
Beat eggs with a whisk, then add sugar and flour, beat well. Add melted butter, buttermilk and vanilla, stir well.
Sprinkle pecan pieces evenly into pie crust; pour in egg mixture.
Bake 1 hour or until golden brown and set.
