1 lg. head broccoli
1/2 lb. bacon
1 sm. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. cashews
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp vinegar



Directions:
Directions:
Wash broccoli thoroughly, drain. Cut into bite-size flowerets. Fry bacon, do not allow to get crisp. Drain and tear into small pieces. Combine miracle whip, sugar and vinegar, stirring until well blended. Combine broccoli, bacon, onion and raisins in large bowl. Toss with salad dressing. Chill for several hours or overnight. Stir in cashews before serving.
