1 Box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1 Small Can Mandarin Oranges and juice(blended)
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Oil
Icing:
1 9oz Container Cool Whip
1 Small Package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple and the Juice
Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix all ingredients together and pour into 3 round cake pans or one 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º until done.
Icing: Mix pineapple and pudding mix. Fold into cool whip. stir until smooth. Spread onto cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
