1 qt. vanilla ice cream
3 eggs whites
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 qts. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop softened ice cream into balls according to whatever size you'd prefer. Refreeze for one hour. Put egg whites in one bowl and crushed cornflakes and cinnamon in another bowl. Roll ice cream balls in egg whites and then cornflake mixture. Refreeze for three hours at least. Fry in oil for 10-15 seconds. Serve hot!
