1 lb hamburger meat
1 ½ cup chopped onion
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 ½ cup milk
¾ bisquick mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate.

Brown meat and onion, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in prepared pie plate. Beat milk, bisquick mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (5 – 8 minutes). Cool for 5 minutes. Slice into 6 or 8 pie wedges.
