1.5 lb ground beef
3/4 medium onion sliced
1/2 red bell pepper sliced thin strips
1/2 green bell pepper sliced thin strips
2 cloves garlic minced
10 small stuffed olives sliced thin
1 heaping Tbsp raisons
1 cup ketchup
beef broth as needed
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp paprika
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Saute' onion, red & green pepper, & garlic until just beginning to soften and set aside. Saute' ground beef to brown drain & then add above ingredients back to skillet. Add ketchup, seasonings and as mixture is cooking,add enough broth to just keep mixture moistened enough for serving over rice or noodles. At the last minute add sliced olives and raisons.

I prefer this dish served over rice with adequate liquid (beef broth) added during cooking to moisten and flavor rice. Do not get it too soupy or flavor will be effected.
