6 - 8 back strip steaks (deer, zebra, eland, etc.)
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, sliced
4 cups of beef broth Seasoning salt
garlic
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season steaks and brown them in skillet in oil. Add chopped onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and broth. Add 1 cup of water. Lower heat to simmer and cook at least 2 hours until tender. When steaks are tender, remove and thicken broth mixture. Serve steaks with the gravy and rice.
