1 box yellow cake mix
1 15 oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
1 small can coconut
1 cup sugar
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 8oz cool whip
Chopped pecans to cover top of cake
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed and bake in an oblong pan. When done, punch holes in cake with fork or ice pick. Cook pineapple with 1 cup sugar and 1/2 can coconut. Bring to a rolling boil and cook 5 minutes. Pour over cake. Chill until set. Mix pudding as directed and pour on top of the cake. Chill again. Then add cool whip on top. Top with coconut and chopped pecans.
Keep chilled
