1 Large box of French Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 cups Vanilla-Flavored Yogurt
One 12-oz container Cool Whip
1 cup of milk or buttermilk
1/2 tsp Garam Masala spice, Chinese 5-Spice or Cinnamon
Any combination of fresh fruit of your liking or if using canned fruit, drain thoroughly before using.
Suggestions:
1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup of fresh blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
1 cup of seedless green grapes
1 cup of fresh, chunked pineapple (or 16 oz can of Chunk Pineapple)
1 cup chopped pear and/or apple, or sliced banana dipped in lemon juice
32 oz canned sliced peaches (optional)
32 oz canned sliced pears (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir the dry pudding mix and spice into the milk. It will be thicker than normal, but stir until it is smooth. Add the yogurt and mix well to combine. Fold in the Cool Whip.

Add the fruit of your choice and fold in until the pudding mixture has combined well with the fruit. Enjoy!!

If you want to make this non-fat, use fat-free pudding, yogurt, milk and Cool Whip. It's just as good as the full-fatted version.
