2 cups rice
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Depending on the amount of rice you will need, 2 cups will give you enough rice for about 6 sushi rolls.

Rinse rice very well. Take 2 cups rinsed rice and add 2 cups of water. Let stand in water for about 1/2 hours. This is very important. Bring rice to a boil and boil for one minute, then turn heat to low and cook for 20 minutes at a simmer. Take off heat and let sit (do not remove lid) for 10 minutes.
Put rice in a cool bown and fan to cool. Once cooled slightly slower stir in rice wine vinigar solution.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Use a sushi rice or short grained rice
