1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts, chopped (or peanuts)
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add pumpkin and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients and raisins. Mix thoroughly. Drop by large rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake in 375° for 12-15 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
