1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. water
2/3 c. catsup
2 T. prepared mustard
2 c. MinuteŠ rice, uncooked
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded or sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in large skillet; drain fat. Stir in water, catsup and mustard; season with salt and pepper as desired. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and cover. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and top with cheese. Serve when cheese has melted.
