Chocolate Layer cake mix
2 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup Kahlua
1 pkg Toffee candy bits(like Heath Bar)
1 large container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 13 x 9" pan with PAM.

Bake any chocolate layer cake in a 13x9 pan, according to directions. Cut this cake into large bite size pieces.
Prepare pudding mixes.
In an extremely large, clear bowl, put in half of the cake pieces and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Kahlua until moistened.
Spread 1/2 pudding over this mixture, then follow with 1/2 cool whip and 1/2 of the brickle.
Add rest of the cake, moisten with Kahlua and repeat layers.
Refridgerate until served.

When I am rushed to make this, I use the prepared pudding and use the fat free kind. And I also use the low fat cool whip. No one ever knows...well I guess they do now.
