1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Cook beef and onions in a large saute pan until beef is no longer pink. Drain all fat off mixture.
Stir in salt.
Spread in a greased 9" pieplate; sprinkle with the cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients with fork in a medium bowl until blended.
Pour this mixture into the pieplate. (This makes a nice crust for the pie)
Bake at 400º for 25 min until knife comes out clean.
