1 pound hamburger
2 cups chopped onions
3/4 pound bacon - cooked and broken
2 31 oz. cans pork and beans
1 15 oz. can red beans
1 15 oz. kidney beans
1 15 oz. lima beans
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain 1 can pork & beans, the red beans, kidney beans, and
lima beans; add to hamburger. Add the other can of pork and beans. Cook bacon separately
and crumble. Add bacon and all remaining ingredients. Stir together well. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. (A dutch oven works well as this makes a large batch.)
