1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 T. onion flakes
4 oz. chopped green chili’s
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
½ c. bread crumbs
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 eggs
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion flakes, tomato sauce, green chilis, eggs and taco seasoning mix until ingredients are well blended. Divide mixture in half. Place half in prepared loaf pan, top with cheese, press remaining meat mixture on top of cheese. Bake 45-60 minutes until lightly brown and cooked through.
