– SAUTE 4 SLICES OF BACON
1 SMALL ONION. (START BACON FIRST).
1 HEAD OF RED CABBAGE SHREDDED.
½ C CIDER VINEGAR
½ C SUGAR.
COVER CABBAGE WITH WATER BRING TO BOIL & THEN SIMMER TIL TENDER ON LOW HEAT.

ADD COOKED BACON AND ONION TO CABBAGE MIXTURE.
COVER CABBAGE WITH WATER BRING TO BOIL
THEN SIMMER UNTIL TENDER ON LOW HEAT.
