3 Eggs, 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1 c. cooked rice, 1/3 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, brown sugar, salt, vanilla and nutmeg. Add ricce, milk and raisins. Pour into casserole dish. Bake in 350º oven for 40 minutes or until custard is set and top is light brown. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
