1 1/2 c. cooked corn
1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
1/4 c. diced green bell pepper
1 thinly sliced sm. white onion
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 t. celery seed
1/2 t. mustard seed
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat (the pan will contain only a small amount of liquid), then reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool 1 hour before serving. Serve as a condiment with hot dogs and hamburgers, or with grilled steak or chicken. Store relish in airtight container in refrigerator up to 4 weeks. Yield: 3 1/4 cups.
