2 pkg dry yeast
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cup flour
8 oz sour cream + 2 TB sugar
1 21 oz can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast over 1/4 cup warm water. Mix half and half, sugar, margarine, salt and heat. Cool. Add eggs, vanilla and yeast mixture. Add flour gradually and beat with a dough hook until dough clears the side of the bowl. Let rise. Punch down and let rise again. Punch down and roll into a rectangle on a cookie sheet 15X12. Spread sour cream mixture on top, then cherry pie filling. Let rise again and bake in a 350º oven 15-20 minutes. Serves about 12.
