Ingredients:  
Ingredients for each 1.5 to 2 lb of steak:
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup vegetable or extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 tbsp Sake or rice vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 tsp crushed garlic (not garlic salt!)
1/4 tsp sesame oil (Do NOT leave this out)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Combine all marinade ingredients and shake well. Score steak across the grain on both sides. Marinate from morning to evening (6 to 8 hours). Get BBQ grill HOT. Place steak on grill and cook for 7 minutes on each side. Slice into 1-inch strips and serve.
