2 c. cut corn, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp, baking powder, pinch of nutmeg.
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly and add corn and dry ingredients. Drop by spoonful into 1" fat hot enough to brown in about 40 seconds, turn once when dry on top.
