2 well beaten eggs
2 cups milk
½ - ¾ cup Grapenuts
¼ - ½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to boiling point, but do not boil. Put grapenuts in a 1 ½ Qt. casserole dish. Pour hot milk over grapenuts and let stand for 2 minutes. Stir. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Place dish in a pan of hot water ½ inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir after the first 30 minutes. Bake until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve with Maple Syrup or whipped cream.
