Ingredients: 2 small different flavored & colored boxes Jello 1 small box lemon jello 1/2 cup marshmallows 1 can crushed pineapple 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup whipped whipping cream 1 cup real mayonnaise or 3/4 cup Miracle whip

Directions: |
Directions:Make first box of jello according to directions. Pour in a very large flat baking dish. Place in fridge until firm. While that is cooling, make goop. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup hot water, add marshmallows and let them melt. Drain the pineapple. Save the juice. Add 1 cup pineapple juice to lemon jello and marshmallow. Add cream cheese. Beat until blended. Stir in pineapple and allow to cool slightly (about 20 minutes). Add whipped whipping cream and mayonnaise. Cool until set. Spoon over first layer of jello. Dissolve third box of jello according to box directions. Chill until syrupy. Pour over layer of goop. Chill until set. Serve within a day or so of preparation. |

Notes: This is a family favorite, especially at holidays. Donna usually makes it with Lime, Lemon and Cherry jello. I like blue and red colors with the lemon. You know red, white & blue.
