2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 pint of strawberries, diced
4 oz. blueberries
1 small orange
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. apple jelly, or apricot or peach jam
8 - 7" whole wheat flour tortillas
Cinnamon-sugar (ratio of 1 tbsp. sugar to 1 tsp. cinnamon)

Peel and core apples. Chop into small pieces. Mix with strawberries and blueberries in medium-large bowl. Zest orange to measure 1 tsp. of zest. Juice orange to measure 2 tbsp. juice. Add zest, juice, brown sugar, and jelly/jam to fruit mixture. Mix gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

To make chips: Lightly spray each tortilla with water, Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges, and arrange on baking stone. Bake at 400º for 8-10 min., or until edges are lightly browned and crisp. Remove from stone; cool completely. Serve with apple berry salsa.

This is a modified version of a Pampered Chef recipe, which is why a baking stone is used. I'm sure you could use a baking sheet to make the tortilla chips.
