1/2 cup milk
1 lb. Land O Lakes White American cheese
1/2 pkg. cooked chopped spinach drained and squeezed
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 can chopped green chilies
1 tomato chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add cheese and milk to double boiler(or a heavy bottom pan, just stir constantly) to heat and melt cheese. Add remaining ingredients, stir to blend.
Serve hot with corn chips. Mmmmmmm
