6-8 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 C. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
ham (1-2 C.diced or 8 slices of ham)
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes and place in cold water to remove starch. In separate bowl mix soups and remaining ingredients until well blended. Mix potatoes with soups and pour into buttered baking dish. Layer slices of ham and potatoes in casserole. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 min. longer.
