1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 bag of Carl Budig beef (can be found in the packaged lunch meat section), rinsed and finely chopped

2 Tbsp. green pepper (finely chopped)
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 375º, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with wheat thin crackers.
