1 Cup orange juice
3/4 Cup cranberry juice
1/3 cup gingerale, Sprite, 7-Up or Fresca
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in pitcher. This will serve 3. It is designed to be served over ice. It is tart...like a punch. We make it with oyster cracker snack and the two flavors work well together.

I use the oyster cracker snack and fruit cooler as a lab to practice measuring and following a recipe. Both can be completed in a 42 minute class period.
