¾ Cup chopped onion
1 Can cream of celery soup
1 Can sliced water chestnuts
1 (14.75 oz) can French-style green beans
1 (6 oz) box Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and Wild Rice, Herb Seasonings (original flavor)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 (4 oz) jar pimentos
1 Cup mayonnaise
3 cups cooked, diced or shredded chicken*
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as per package directions. Combine all ingredients except cheese and paprika. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and paprika. Return to oven for 10 minutes.

Remember the time I accidentally used Cayenne Pepper instead of Paprika? Y'all loved it but it was EXTREMELY hot... I still use the Cayenne, but sparingly, for a little zip.
