1 pkg. (6 oz.) Louis Rich oven roasted chicken breast cuts
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta, cut up
1/4 c. chopped green and red pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. Sour cream
Wheat thins

Microwave all ingredients except sour cream in 2-quart microwavable bowl on high 6 to 8 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring every 3 minutes.
Stir in sour cream. Serve hot with crackers, chips or assorted cut-up vegetables.
