4 c sugar
1 1/2 c light Karo
1 c water

flavor oils - whatever you like.

Directions:

Cook all ingredients other than flavor on medium heat, stirring until sugar melts.

Bring to a full boil. Cook to 310º on candy thermometer.

Remove from heat.

Once boiling ceases, add 3 drops of flavoring and food coloring. Pour onto a lightly greased marble slab.

Break apart when cook and coat in powdered sugar.
