1 box yellow cake mix
1 20z can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 3 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup flake coconut
1 8 oz pak phil del cream cheese
1 9 oz carton whipped topping
1 c chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix as directed on box in 13 x 9 x 2 in pan. Meanwhile simmer pineapple and sugar. Remove cake from oven. Punch holes in it and cover with pineapple mixture....Chill..
Mix instant pudding with 1 1/2 c milk and mix as directed on box. Add softened cream cheese and coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Cover the cake with this mixture and add chopped nuts.
