1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large fryer, cut up (or chicken pieces)
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In casserole dish, sprinkle layer of rice. Combine all other ingredients and pour over rice. Place chicken on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 250 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours while you are in Sunday School and church.
