Ingredients:
Caramel Brownies - kind of a pain to make but well worth it!

1 bag Kraft caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter/margarine
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 10 oz. bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix caramels and 1/2 c. evaporated milk in double boiler and cook until caramels are melted and mixed with milk. Set aside.
2. Mix cake mix with melted butter, 1/3 c. evaporated milk.
3. Grease 9x13 cake pan
4. Pour in 1/2 of the cake mix. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked cake mix. Pour in caramel mix. Drop remaining cake mix by spoon until caramel is covered.
6. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Put in refrigerator after pan is cool.

Notes: The cake mix will look funny because there are no eggs and such added; just butter and evaporated milk. After you take it out of the oven it might fall, but that's okay.
Let it sit in the fridge for 2-4 hours before serving or the caramel will be too soft. Cut into small squares (it's very rich) and serve.
