Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 1/2 - 4 Cups all-purpose flour
2 pkg dry yeast
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 C warm water
1/4 C prepared mustard
2 Tbs butter
1 pound deli ham shaved
1/4 - 1/2 pound sliced cheese (I usually use a white cheese any kind will do)
1 (4oz) jar diced pimentos drained (optional)
sliced dill pickles

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 C flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt. Stir in warm water, mustard, and butter. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth, cover and let rise about 10 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a rectangle. Transfer to greased baking sheet. Spread ham, cheese, pimentos, and pickles lengthwise over center third of the dough. With a sharp knife, make cuts from filling to dough edges at 1 inch intervals along sides of filling. Alternating sides, fold strips at an angle across filling.
Cover loaf; let rise in a warm draft-free place until almost doubled in size about 30 minutes.
Bake at 375º for 35 minutes or until done. Remove from sheet to wire rack. Slice across and serve warm. Refrigerate left overs.

I make the dough in my bread machine. This is very pretty and always a hit.
