1 envelope LiptonŽ Onion Soup Mix
2 lbs potatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 c shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. In large bowl, toss all ingredients until evenly coated. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 425°, uncovered, stirring every 10 minutes, 30 - 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Top with cheese.
VARIATIONS: Try substituting 2 sweet potatoes OR...stir in 1/2 tsp. each of garlic powder and soy sauce.
