1 c. Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped *
1 garlic clove, minced

Optional garnish:
2 Tbsp. green onion slices
2 Tbsp. chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients except the garnish. Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish or 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly around the sides and lightly browned.

Serve with French bread, crackers, or tortilla chips. I double this recipe for group events.
