¼ c. soy sauce
¼ c. hoisin
3 Tbsp. ketchup
3 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. sesame oil
½ tsp. five-spice powder
2 lb. boneless Boston butt pork roast
½ c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce through five-spice powder and put in Ziploc bag. Add meat and marinade 2 hours to overnight. Put all in slow cooker on low for 8 hours. Remove pork and shred. Add chicken broth to sauce in cooker. Cook on low 30 min. Put pork back in sauce. Serve with rice and stir-fried veggies.
