Rinse and drain:
15 ½ oz can black-eyed peas
15 oz can black beans

Add:
1 can (11 oz) shoepeg corn, drained
Add 20 oz salsa
1 chopped pepper, your color choice
½ c. green onions chopped
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and refrigerate a few hours for flavors to combine. Serve with chips or tortillas.
